At Fabpad, we provide long-term tenants with a personalised service typically associated with serviced accommodations. Each property is fully furnished.

As we manage our properties directly, we guarantee prompt response and uphold our 24-hour tenant promise, ensuring a contractor visits the property to resolve any problems within a day.

Each property has its own dedicated WhatsApp group, allowing us to be as hands-on or hands-off as our tenants prefer.

Additionally, we offer a range of optional services, including weekly cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.

The Hamptons is a luxury HMO designed for international students pursuing master’s and PhD programs, as well as professional sharers. Regency Retreat is a luxury one bedroom Regency Grade 2 listed first floor apartment located a pebbles throw from Brightons seafront.

The building has undergone a full makeover over the last year.

With original features, high ceilings and triple floor to celling windows it is a perfect base for professional couples.
